Maximize the Kid,
Not the Pressure.

Maximized.Kids is a parent-led volunteer initiative that helps teenage hockey players get more out of the sport they love — bringing together fun scrimmages, practical AI learning, and group projects to balance Body, Brain, and Bonds.

Body

Play freely. Compete. Improve.

Brain

Learn AI by building with real hockey data.

Bonds

Build friendships that last beyond the season.

Why this exists

Built by parents — for their teenagers and the journey ahead.

As a teenager’s parent, I keep asking myself the question: how do I maximize my teenage son? How would you champion your teenage daughter? Teenage years bring a lot of expected and unexpected pressures — social and peer pressures, body image, romantic relationships, academic expectations, disappointments, heartbreaks and more.

Maximized.Kids is a framework to deal with such challenges and to help us fulfill our kids’ potential.

Augment, don’t replace — efficiently

We already invest a lot of time and money in hockey. Let’s add value without adding overload.

🧠

Future-proof their skills

Agentic AI is the future. Let’s help them build the knowledge, skills, and portfolio to grow with it.

🏆

Develop winning habits

Showing up early, working in teams, solving problems, and communicating better — let’s nurture leadership skills for life.

The framework

One journey, three ways to grow: Body, Brain, and Bonds.

Hockey is the foundation. From there, we develop the whole kid — physically, intellectually, and socially.

Body

Weekly low-pressure scrimmages in numbered pinnies. Kids play freely, compete, and build game sense, confidence, and joy in the sport.

For your kidRoom to experiment and improve without fear.
For youAthletic growth in a calm, organized setting.

Brain

Scrimmages are recorded, and that video becomes the material for an Agentic AI platform the kids learn to design, build, train, and deploy over time.

For your kidReal AI skills tied to something they love.
For youLearning by building, not just screen time.

Bonds

A stress-reduced space where kids build friendships through sport, learning, and shared creation — and grow their sense of belonging and identity.

For your kidConfidence and friendships that last.
For youA community that puts growth over comparison.
The AI learning journey

Kids won’t just use AI. They’ll learn to build it.

From video clips to working agents — built by the kids, step by step.

Using their own scrimmage footage, kids work together to turn raw video into insight. We keep the language practical and parent-friendly: no jargon required to follow along, and AI is always a learning and reflection tool — never a machine that judges a child.

What they’ll learn by building
  • 1 Prompt engineering & talking to models
  • 2 Data labeling & video ingestion
  • 3 Designing & deploying AI agents
  • 4 Evaluation & objective feedback loops
  • 5 Dashboards, KPIs & reading the results
Live demo · Suggestions AI

Share an idea. Watch the agent shape it.

Parents help steer the initiative. Write a suggestion in plain English, and our Agentic AI summarizes it, sorts it, and proposes a next step — the same flow we’re building into the platform.

Safety & privacy

Built around privacy, not comparison.

We’re working with teenagers, video, and AI — so trust comes first. These are the principles we hold ourselves to, before any real data is ever collected.

  • Privacy-first media. Hockey video is captured for learning and development purposes only. Anonymous players are identified by numbered pinnies — no names. Players always wear their helmets to help keep their identities private while allowing the group to learn from the game footage.
  • No public rankings. No leaderboards, no labeling kids as better or worse — ever.
  • AI as a learning tool. AI helps kids learn and reflect. It is never a definitive judgment of a child.
  • Youth data, handled with care. Minimal collection, parent-controlled, COPPA-aligned, with clear deletion paths.
